LACBA Seminar Will Outline Loan Document Drafting

The Los Angeles County Bar Association (LACBA) will present a CLE seminar titled Fundamentals of Drafting and Negotiating Commercial Real Estate Loan Documentation.

The program will take place on Wednesday, May 21 from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. at the LACBA Conference Center, 281 South Figueroa Street, Los Angeles. Registration begins at 11:45 a.m.

This program will cover the basics of commercial real estate loan documentation from both the lender's and borrower's perspective, focusing on the essential structure of the debt and security documents, the legal issues raised by certain frequently negotiated provisions and recent developments in the law of real estate finance.

Speakers will be Gordon K. Eng, Brown Winfield Canzoneri Abram Inc.; Gregg J. Loubier, Allen Matkins Leck Gamble Mallory & Natsis LLP, and Norma J. Williams, Williams & Associates.
