LACBA Seminar Will ExamineBrownfield Redevelopment

Anatomy of a Successful Brownfield Redevelopment Project: How Did They Do It? is the title of a CLE seminar planned for this month by the Los Angeles County Bar Association (LACBA).

The program will take place on Wednesday, December 13 from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. at the LACBA Conference Center, 281 South Figueroa Street, Los Angeles.

Issues to be addressed include whether government initiatives for brownfield redevelopment are helpful or harmful; how regulatory issues can be resolved; how to handle environmental risk and liability issues, and how to finance brownfield projects.
