The Los Angeles County Bar Association (LACBA) this month is offering a CLE seminar titled Practical Persuasion.
The program will take place on Tuesday, May 15 from 5:30 to 9:15 p.m. at the LACBA Conference Center, 281 South Figueroa Street, Los Angeles. Registration begins at 5 p.m.
This interactive, hands-on program delivers the key principles for writing high-impact motions and briefs. In addition to these principles, the workshop includes a brisk review of ten tips for clarity and concision.
The featured speaker is Scott Wood, Loyola Law School.
