The Los Angeles County Bar Association (LACBA) is offering a CLE seminar titled The New E-Discovery Federal and State Rules - How to Be Prepared for the E-mail Onslaught.
The program will take place on Thursday, September 13 from 6 to 9:45 p.m. at the LACBA Conference Center, 281 South Figueroa Street, Los Angeles.
This program will cover the new rules and responsibilities of the disclosure, discovery, review, production and use at trial of electronic evidence. Special attention to new forensic solutions and law and motion strategies that lend clients the upper hand will be shared with participants.
