The Los Angeles County Bar Association this month will present a CLE seminar titled Formation and Operation of Buyout Funds.
The program will take place on Thursday, January 11 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at The Olympic Collection, 11301 Olympic Boulevard, Suite 24, Los Angeles.
Private equity has assumed a leading role in the formation and acquisition of businesses in the United States and around the world. Buyout funds have led this movement, and are attracting investment capital in record amounts. Participants will hear how these funds are formed and operated from principals and attorneys who are behind these firms.
