Holland & Hart announced that finance attorney Kyle Blackmer has joined the firm as a partner in the Boulder office, bolstering the firm’s finance and real estate finance capabilities.
Working with both lenders and borrowers, Kyle handles financing transactions for virtually every type of asset. Kyle brings expertise on sophisticated financing transactions that support large projects such as industrial parks, senior living centers, mixed-use, and multifamily developments. He also has specialized experience negotiating complex funding for charter schools. “Kyle is a valuable addition to the firm and to our group,” said Doug Flowers, leader of the firm’s Real Estate and Finance practice. “Strengthening our preeminent team in the Front Range to serve the growing demands of our clients is a strategic goal for our practice. Kyle brings expertise on complex financing deals that support the development of a wide variety of large projects across the country. He also brings firm management and leadership experience that will be an asset to me and other partners.”
“I’ve long admired Holland & Hart and have great respect for my new colleagues,” said Kyle. “I look forward to serving my existing clients and expanding my practice into areas needed by firm clients. The firm’s core value of collaboration, innovation, and its commitment to developing leaders are also critical to me. I hope to have the opportunity to contribute to the firm and my team as a mentor and leader.”
Before joining Holland & Hart, Kyle was a partner at a boutique Denver real estate firm.
