KS Bar Seminar To Cover Variety Of Business Issues

The Kansas Bar Association will offer its 25th Annual Plaza Lights Institute.

The program will take place on Friday, December 7 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Marriott Country Club Plaza, 4445 Main St., Kansas City, MO.

Panelists will cover topics such as: E-nough Already! E-Recording, E-Signatures, E-Notaries; Securities Law for the Non-Securities Practitioner; Current Issues in Commercial Law; Nuts & Bolts of Like-Kind Exchange of Real Property; The Interaction Between Tax Practitioner Penalties and Ethical Obligations, and 10 Ways to Lose Your Collateral Without Even Trying: The Bankers' Perspective on Bankruptcy Reform.
