Kobre & Kim, a cross-border dispute and investigations firm, has added Edward Bibko as Global General Counsel. Based in the firm’s London office, Mr. Bibko will help the firm evolve and expand into new regions and services.
A dual-qualified English solicitor and U.S. licensed lawyer, Mr. Bibko has more than 25 years of experience specializing in corporate capital markets transactions. Before joining Kobre & Kim, he served as General Counsel for Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia at Jefferies. Prior to that, he was EMEA head of capital markets for Baker & McKenzie.
At Kobre & Kim, Mr. Bibko will provide advice on a wide range of legal and commercial matters involved in the firm’s business and operations. He will also manage and grow the firm’s legal department to address the firm’s increasingly complex needs.
