Kansas Bar Seminar To Review Basics Of The Law

The Kansas Bar Association this month is planning a CLE seminar titled Nuts & Bolts of the Law.

The program will take place on Friday, March 16 from 9 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. at the Topeka and Shawnee County Public Library, 1515 Southwest 10th Avenue, Topeka, KS.

Among the discussion topics are: How to Collect a Money Judgment; Fundamentals of Handling a Workers' Compensation Case, and Preventing Legal Malpractice.

Among the speakers are Susan B. Andrews, Kansas Department of Health & Environment Legal Services; John D. Jurcyk, McAnany, Van Cleave & Phillips, P.C., and Holly A. Theobald, Alderson, Alderson, Weller, Conklin, Burghart & Crow, L.L.C.
