Kansas Bar Plans ADR Program

The Kansas Bar Association has scheduled a session titled Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Buffet.

The program will take place on Friday, November 16 from 9 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. at the Best Western Airport & Conference Center, 6815 West Kellogg, Wichita, KS. Registration begins at 8:30 a.m.

Panelists will examine topics such as: Mediation Ethics for Lawyers; Resolving Disputes in Farm and Ranch Family Businesses; Mediation Exposed; Hidden Players in the Mediation Process, and Mediation From the Court's Perspective.

Among the speakers will be Charles Griffin, Kansas State University; the Hon. Karen M. Humphreys, U.S. Magistrate Judge, and Patrick R. Nichols, Associates in Dispute Resolution LLC.
