Kansas Bar Association Plans 32nd Oil/Gas Conference

The Kansas Bar Association (KBA) has scheduled its 2007 KBA/KIOGA 32nd Annual Oil & Gas Conference.

The event will take place on Friday, October 26 from 9 a.m. to 4:10 p.m. at the Hyatt Regency Hotel, 400 West Waterman, Wichita, KS. Registration begins at 8:30 a.m.

The conference will examine topics such as: Recent Developments and Another Look at Critical Oil and Gas Lease Language; Gas Supply Access or Burden: The Enactment of Senate Bill 325; All About the New Integrated Hugoton/Panoma Proration Order; Demystifying Coal Bed Methane Gas and Its Legal Twist, and Risk Management Issues for the Energy Lawyer.

Among the speakers are David P. Bleakley, Colt Energy, Inc.; Timothy R. Carr, Marshal Miller professor of energy, West Virginia University, and Thomas E. Wright, Kansas Corporation Commission.
