Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP announced today that investment funds lawyer Jeremy Leggate will join the firm as a partner and co-head of European Investment Funds. Leggate focuses on advising private investment fund sponsors on all aspects of the structuring and operation of alternative investment funds across a variety of strategies and asset classes. He joins Investment Funds partner James King in the London office.
