Bradley is pleased to announce that Jennifer M. Trulock, former chair of Baker Botts’ labor and employment practice, has joined the firm’s Dallas office as a partner in the Labor & Employment Practice Group, continuing Bradley’s growth in Texas.

Ms. Trulock advises companies on managing workplace legal issues, conducting investigations into employee misconduct, and preventing employment lawsuits. She also regularly handles acquisition and divestiture employment issues, including due diligence, pre-merger planning and post-merger integration issues. Ms. Trulock provides strategic counsel to employers on developing and applying personnel policies, as well as protecting their business information by drafting, implementing and enforcing non-competition and non-disclosure agreements. She defends employers against claims of discrimination and harassment, wrongful discharge, wage and hour violations, breach of contract, breach of covenants not to compete, misappropriation of trade secrets, breach of fiduciary duty, and retaliation. Ms. Trulock works with companies to navigate administrative proceedings and respond to charges filed with the EEOC and the NLRB.
Board certified in Labor and Employment by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, Ms. Trulock previously served as firmwide practice group chair for the labor and employment practice at Baker Botts. She earned her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and her B.A. from Vassar College.
