Holland & Knight has bolstered its nationally recognized Real Estate Practice with the addition of Jeffrey Page as a partner in New York. Mr. Page was previously a partner with Ballard Spahr, where he was leader of the New York Real Estate Finance Team and co-leader of the firm's Distressed Office Buildings Team.

Mr. Page is a transactional finance lawyer who handles a wide range of real estate and commercial finance matters. He serves institutional lenders across the country and internationally, handling transactions involving virtually every type of real estate asset. Mr. Page is experienced in all facets of real estate lending, including structuring the capital stack, advising on intercreditor and participation issues, drafting and negotiating documents and navigating distressed loan workouts.
His practice includes loans originated to be held on the balance sheet, to be syndicated (ranging from small facilities with several lenders to large facilities with dozens of lenders), to be securitized through commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) and loans originated for collateralized loan obligation (CLO) securitization.

Mr. Page earned a J.D. degree from Seton Hall University School of Law and a B.A. degree from Pennsylvania State University.
