Clarion Capital Partners, LLC today announced that Jeff Sipos has returned to the Firm as General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer. Jeff previously worked at Clarion from 2011 to 2015 and brings more than two decades of experience across the insurance, finance, and legal industries.
Most recently, Jeff served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of North America at Ascot Group, a global specialty insurance business, and Associate General Counsel at Coaction Specialty Insurance, formerly ProSight Specialty Insurance. In these roles, Jeff oversaw the legal functions in various high-impact areas, including acquisitions, divestitures, litigation, governance, investor relations, regulatory compliance, human resources, and equity compensation.

Jeff began his career at Locke Lord LLP and Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where he specialized in general corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and acquisition finance, all with a focus on insurance or private equity. Following his law firm experience, Jeff served as a Vice President at KBC Financial Products.
Jeff earned his B.A. in Political Science and Journalism at the University of Maryland and his J.D. at the Emory University School of Law.
