Vedder Price is pleased to announce the addition of veteran finance attorney Jason DuVall as a Shareholder in the firm’s Dallas office.
DuVall brings more than 24 years of finance experience to Vedder Price in his new role, where he will join the Finance & Transactions practice group. He has extensive experience in advising clients on corporate and commercial financial transactions, and he will focus on representing financial institutions, private equity funds, mezzanine funds, agents and other institutional investors. He will also focus on matters relating to senior and subordinated debt, second lien financings and asset-based lending.

Over the span of his career, DuVall has advised on billions of dollars’ worth of transactions, representing agents, senior lenders, subordinated lenders and borrowers in complex debt financing deals.
Prior to joining Vedder Price, DuVall spent the previous seven years as a Partner with Dorsey & Whitney LLP in Dallas. He received his law degree from the University of Houston Law Center and his undergraduate degree from Baylor University.
