Sills Cummis & Gross is pleased to announce the addition of Ivette P. Alvarado as a Member of the firm’s real estate department in the Newark office.
Ms. Alvarado focuses her practice on multiple disciplines within every commercial real estate asset class, including leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, finance, condominium, redevelopment and tax incentives. She has handled matters for clients in more than 15 U.S. jurisdictions and in Latin America and Europe.
Ms. Alvarado is a Member of Commercial Real Estate Women of New Jersey, where she is a Board Member and Director of Programs, the Hispanic Bar Association of New Jersey, the National Association of Women Lawyers, the International Council of Shopping Centers, NAIOP-NJ and the New Jersey State Bar Association.
