The Illinois State Bar Association has scheduled a CLE seminar titled 2007 Labor and Employment Update: Recent and Proposed Amendments and Case Law.
The seminar will take place on Friday, May 18 at the ISBA Regional Office, 20 South Clark Street, Chicago, and on Friday, May 25at the DoubleTree Hotel, 10 Brickyard Drive, Bloomington, IL.
Discussion topics will include: Statutory and Regulatory Amendments; Pre-Suit Charges and Claims: Review of Recent Case Law and Regulations; Discovery, Motions and Summary Judgment: Review of Recent Case Law, and Trial Evidence and Damages.
