Insurance Law Seminar Scheduled In Tucson

The State Bar of Arizona has scheduled a morning Insurance Law Seminar for Friday, March 12, from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the State Bar headquarters, 270 N. Church Street in Tucson.

The program will cover the following current topics in insurance law: ethical considerations of an insurance law practice, including discussion of the Parsons case; issues of Morris, Damron and Helme agreements, including recent developments; bad faith litigation; insurance litigation from the judicial perspective and summary jury trials/ADR; and an in-depth discussion on medical liens, including Medicare.
