The Ohio State Bar Association (OSBA) is offering a CLE seminar titled How to Understand and Analyze Financial Statements in three locations.
Programs will take place on Wednesday, September 19 at the Receptions Conference Center North, 5975 Boymel Drive, Cincinnati; on Thursday, September 20 at the OSBA offices, 1700 Lake Shore Drive, Columbus, OH, and on Friday, September 21 at the Forum Conference Center, East 9th and St. Clair streets, Cleveland. Sessions will run from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Participants will learn how to decide how much reliance to place on financial reports and what inquiries should be made in various circumstances.
The featured speaker is Douglas R. Smith, CPA and accounting consultant.
