To this end, the Practising Law Institute has scheduled a two-day seminar titled Information Technology Law Institute 2010: Opportunities in Cloud Computing, Blogs, Brand Protection and Targeted Marketing for Monday and Tuesday, May 17 and 18, at the PLI New York Center, 810 Seventh Avenue in New York City.
It will run from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Monday and from 9 a.m. until 12:15 p.m. on Tuesday.

Lesser, Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP will discuss managing the business and risks of social networking.
