Indiana State Bar Association To Replay Corporate Counsel Forum

The Indiana State Bar Association (ISBA) this month will present a video replay of its 2006 Corporate Counsel Forum.

The program will take place on Tuesday, January 16 at the St. Joseph County Courthouse Law Library, 101 South Main Street, South Bend, IN, and on Tuesday, January 22 at the ICLEF Conference Facility, 230 East Ohio Street, Indianapolis. Sessions will run from 9 a.m. to 4:40 p.m.

The replay covers topics such as: SEC Hot Topics (Including New Compensation Disclosure Rules), Executive Compensation/Employee Benefits Update, Drafting and Reviewing Non-Disclosure Agreements; Top 10 Ethical and Professional Issues Facing In-House Counsel; Responding to Allegations of Infringement; Arbitration: More Than a Four-Letter Word for Distributor Agreements, and White Collar Matters.

Among the speakers are Jackie M. Bennett Jr., Sommer Bernard, PC; Robert M. Hayward, Kirkland & Ellis LLP; H. Roderic Heard, Wildman Harrold Allen & Dixon LLP, and Bradley J. Tandy, vice president, acting general counsel and secretary, Biomet Inc.
