Indiana Corporate Counsel Fall ForumTo Meet In French Lick

On Thursday and Friday, October 27 and 28, the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum (ICLEF) presents a two-day Advanced Corporate Counsel Forum 2011.

The seminar is at French Lick Springs Resort and Casino, 8670 W. State Road 56 in French Lick, Indiana.

The agenda is day one, 2:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m., and day two, 8:00 until 11:45 a.m.

This year's forum will feature the latest topics that impact the practice of corporate counsel. Topics include e-discovery matters; preparing for and surviving government investigations; the new SEC whistleblower rules and the effect on corporate compliance procedures. A special section will feature ethics for corporate counsel and topics are: Should In-House Counsel Be Corporate Officers? Is there a Conflict of Interest?; and A Discussion of Corporate Gift and Codes of Conduct - Is there a Conflict of Interest?
