Indiana Bar Seminar To Review Employment Law Developments

The Indiana State Bar Association has scheduled a CLE seminar titled Recent Developments in Employment Law.

The program will take place on Friday, December 7 from 8:55 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the ICLEF Conference Facility, 230 East Ohio Street, Indianapolis, IN.

Panelists will address topics such as Ethics Issues Relating to Discovery, eDiscovery, Preservation of Evidence; Trade Secrets and Covenants Not to Compete: Tactics, Enforceability and defense; The Americans With Disabilities Act in 2007; Taxation Settlements: What You Must Know; Age, Sex and Race Discrimination and Harassment Claims; Family and Medical Leave Act; Retaliation, Frampton and Whistleblower Claims; Prima Facie Cases, Protected Activity, Sarbanes-Oxley, and eDiscovery and Document Preservation Issues in Employment Litigation.
