Indiana Bar Plans In-House Counsel Forum

The Indiana State Bar Association has scheduled a program titled Corporate Counsel Forum.

The session will take place on Wednesday, October 17 from 8:55 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the ICLEF Conference Facility, 230 East Ohio Street, Indianapolis, IN.

Among the topics to be addressed by panelists are: Top Ten Things That Keep Us Up at Night: Reflections of In-House Counsel on Employment Issues; Issues to Consider When Preparing to Sell the Small to Medium-Sized Company; Department of Homeland Security's New Rules for Employees With Questionable Social Security Numbers and Current Immigration Enforcement Priorities; Ethical Applications Roundtable; Adventures in Acquisitions, Proxy Solicitations and Tender Offers for the Large Publicly Traded Company: Managing the Process; Avoiding Litigation: Rules of the Road for In-House Counsel, and Unraveling the Knot: Handling the Internal Investigation.
