Immigration Law For The General Practice To Be Focus For NJLaw Center Program

The New Jersey Law Center is presenting a program focusing on immigration law for the general practitioner on Saturday, June 26, at the New Jersey Law Center located at One Constitution Square in New Brunswick, New Jersey.

The program will begin at 9:00 a.m. and end at 12:30 p.m.

General practitioners who may handle immigration matters or those interested in expanding their practice to include more of these cases will gain insights into the latest in immigration law. Attendees will enhance their knowledge of immigrant and nonimmigrant visas; the structure of the department of Homeland Security and its impact on the immigration system; methods for applying for asylum; local office procedures; and the new administration's initiatives in the immigration area.

The featured speaker for this program is Robert Frank, former chair, New Jersey Chapter, American Immigration Lawyers Association and a member of the firm Frank & York.
