iManage, the company dedicated to Making Knowledge WorkTM, today announced an integration developed with ServiceNow that creates a more connected and efficient working environment for the delivery of in-house legal services.
ServiceNow’s expansive partner ecosystem and partner program is critical in supporting the $220 billion market opportunity for the Now Platform. The revamped ServiceNow Partner Program recognizes and rewards partners for their varied expertise and experience to drive opportunities, open new markets, and help customers in their digital transformation efforts.
“As a user of both iManage Work and ServiceNow, this strategic integration will help our users be more efficient and help us to provide an even better service to our internal stakeholders,” said Philipp Häusle, Senior Legal Counsel and Head of Legal IT Law & Legal Tech at Hilti Group, a world leader in cutting-edge technologies, software, and services for the professional construction industry.
As a Registered Build Partner, the certified integration enables legal professionals to automatically incorporate iManage documents into a variety of ServiceNow legal workflows. This eliminates manual steps, reducing the risk of errors and creating smoother and more streamlined processes around contract review, compliance checks, legal request handling, and other services—all while ensuring security is maintained on the organization’s most sensitive data. The Legal Service Delivery (LSD) application is generally available as of September 20 as part of new automation solutions in the Now Platform Vancouver release.
“Customers are increasingly moving towards a legal service delivery model that leverages technology and automation to more efficiently accomplish tasks and deliver a higher level of service,” said Dan Dosen, EVP of Channels and Alliances at iManage. “By partnering with ServiceNow, iManage is making it easier for customers to connect the vital systems that they rely on every day so that they can optimize legal service delivery. This is a prime example of the way that our platform approach, which leverages iManage Cloud, creates a diverse ecosystem of solutions that delivers value to customers and helps them drive better business outcomes.”
Legal teams can access and upload files from iManage Work document and email management directly to the ServiceNow Legal Service Delivery application, enabling quick and easy navigation between platforms. Additionally, the notification system on the Now Platform can easily be customized to ensure that legal professionals are promptly informed about document changes, upcoming deadlines, and other important updates.
“In today's business environment, seamless integration between software applications is crucial for maximizing efficiency, reducing manual work, and improving collaboration across teams,” said Nagib Tharani, Product Management Director at ServiceNow. “The integration between iManage and ServiceNow brings two powerful platforms together to streamline workflow and enhance productivity in the legal and corporate sectors.”
