The Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum (ICLEF) this month has scheduled a CLE program titled Advanced Environmental Law - A Masters Series Seminar.
The session will take place on Tuesday, May 15 from 8:50 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the ICLEF Conference Facility, 230 East Ohio Street, Indianapolis, IN.
Panelists will cover issues such as: Status of IDEM Legal Counsel and Update on Enforcement Initiatives; Update on Wet Weather Issues; Update on IDEM Remediation Programs; Non-Default Closures and Environmental Restrictive Covenants, and The All Appropriate Inquiry Rule.
Among the speakers are Rosemary G. Spalding, Spalding & Hilmes; Sen. Beverly Garland, Indiana State Senate, and Bruce A. Oertel, Indiana Department of Environmental Management.
