ICDR Schedules Arbitration Symposium

The International Centre for Dispute Resolution this month will present a symposium titled Arbitration in Las Americas: A 360-Degree View.

The program will take place Wednesday-Friday, February 21-23 at the Biltmore Hotel, 1200 Anastasia Avenue, Coral Gables, FL. The conference will begin with a day one reception at 6 p.m., with sessions running from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on day two and from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on day three.

Panelists will examine a variety of topics, including: Corporate Counsel: The First Angle of the Sphere; The Arbitrator: The Second Angle of the Sphere; International Mediation: Challenges and Strategies in the Cross-Cultural Case; Party Counsel: The Third Angle in the Sphere, and The View From the Bench: The Fourth Spoke.
