ICCTo Focus On Arbitration In Latin America

Join the ICC under the auspices of the International Court of Arbitration for perspectives on achieving success through arbitration in Latin America.

The three-day conference will be held Sunday to Tuesday, November 1 through 3 at the Ritz-Carlton, One Lincoln Road, South Beach, Miami, Florida.

On Sunday, November 1, from 6-8 p.m. there will be a welcome reception. The scheduled presentations for both Monday and Tuesday are from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m.

Participants will examine the latest trends in Latin American arbitration and how practitioners are dealing with the consequences of the worldwide economic crisis.

Panelists and speakers will include C. Mark Baker, co-head of the International Department and co-chair, Arbitration Practice, Fullbright & Jaworski LLP; John Beechey, chairman, ICC International Court of Arbitration; César Erwin Coronel Jones, Coronel & Perez Abogados; and John Ellison, chairman, UK, KPMG LLP.
