Hyun Ji has joined EisnerAmper as a Tax Director in the Corporate Tax group. She will specialize in corporate taxation, ASC 740, SEC reporting, and SOX 404.
Hyun has nearly 20 years of experience providing comprehensive tax compliance, accounting and advisory services, along with the preparation and review of income tax provisions for U.S. multinationals and privately held companies. Additionally, her expertise includes tax accounting related to acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and spin-offs as well as uncertain tax positions, deferred study, and the design and review of key internal controls.
Prior to joining the firm, Hyun was a Global Tax Reporting Director with a Fortune 500 company and managed the preparation and review of the global provisions and external reporting for income taxes. Prior to that, she was a Tax Senior Manager with a Big 4 accounting firm who lead engagement teams on U.S. GAAP audits and the review and preparation of U.S. multinational companies under ASC 740 and IFRS.
