The Art and Science of Effective Witness Preparation is the title of a CLE seminar being offered by the Colorado Bar Association (CBA).
The program will take place on Thursday, December 6 from 9 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. at the CBA-CLE Classroom, 1900 Grant Street, Denver. Video replays of the program are scheduled for Thursday, January 3 in Denver, Colorado Springs and Grand Junction.
This session will provide participants with the latest jury research and behavioral training techniques to bring out the best in every witness. Attendees will learn proven techniques to help witnesses to handle paper depositions, video depositions, and trial with confidence. Speakers also will offer advice on teaching the most "difficult" witnesses.
Speakers will be Leonard Matheo and Lisa DeCaro, founders of Courtroom Performance, Inc., and Mark F. Kennedy, Wheeler Trigg Kennedy LLP.
