The Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis (BAMSL) this month is planning a CLE seminar titled Discipline Documentation & Discharge of Problem Employees.
The program will take place on Thursday, April 12 from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the BAMSL headquarters, Laclede Gas Building, 720 Olive Boulevard, St. Louis.
Not only will participants learn the important legal questions facing employers as they deal with employees having performance and behavior problems, but this course will also provide important practical guidance on what to do and how to do it. Participants will learn the mistakes to avoid and good practices to follow.
The featured speaker is Jeff Johnson, president and founder of Midwest Employment Resources.
