How To Be A Better Negotiator

The North Carolina Bar Association (NCBA) is planning a CLE seminar titled Effective Legal Negotiation and Settlement.

The program will take place on Friday, February 15 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. at the Embassy Suites Hotel Charlotte-Concord, 5400 John Q. Hammons Drive, Concord, NC.

This program takes a practical approach to examining the legal negotiation process and related issues. Registrants engage in negotiation exercises to improve their understanding of the negotiation process. The program features an hour-long discussion of the ethical consideration of "strategic misrepresentation" and disclosure.

The featured speaker is Charles B. Craver, the Freda H. Alverson Professor of Law at the George Washington University Law School.
