How To Avoid Motion Practice Mistakes

The Bar Association of San Francisco (BASF) this month has scheduled a CLE seminar titled What Not to Do in Law and Motion.

The program will take place on Thursday, December 7 from noon to 1 p.m. at The Bankers Club, 555 California Street, San Francisco. Registration begins at 11:30 a.m.

The Hon. James L. Warren (ret.), a JAMS neutral and recent recipient of the Barrister's Club's Judge of the Year Award, will give a presentation on how to succeed in law and motion practice by avoiding some of the most common mistakes that both new and seasoned attorneys make.
