How To Avoid Ethical Lapses

The State Bar of Arizona is offering a CLE seminar titled Staying Ethical Despite Technology's Temptations.

The program will take place on Thursday, March 27 from noon to 1:45 p.m. at the State Bar of Arizona Boardroom, 4201 North 24th Street, Phoenix.

As information becomes increasingly electronic, security and privacy issues also pose new problems for the practicing attorney. This seminar will address the ethical obligations of lawyers and identify how technology can either help or hinder efforts of lawyers to be ethical.

Speakers will be Jenae Naumann, city attorney, City of Tempe, AZ; the Hon. Peter B. Swann, Maricopa County Superior Court; Renee Mitchell, Ryley Carlock & Applewhite PA, and Rod Galarza, Kasdan Simonds Riley & Vaughn, LLP.
