How New Bankruptcy Rules Have Evolved

The Oklahoma Bar Association (OBA) this month is offering a two-day CLE seminar titled BAPCPA - One Year Later.

The program will take place on Thursday and Friday, December 7 and 8 at the Oklahoma Bar Center, Oklahoma City, OK. Sessions run from 9 a.m. to 3:10 p.m. each day.

Panelists will examine issues such as: Means Testing, Debtor's Audits and Other Aspects of the U.S. Trustee's Role Under BAPCPA; Bankruptcy Rules and Forms You Might Want to Comment on Before It's Too late; Attorney Liability Under BAPCPA; The World of Business Reorganization Under BAPCPA, and Ethics Considerations Under BAPCPA.
