How Lenders And Borrowers Deal With Troubled Real Estate Assets

The Los Angeles County Bar Association (LACBA) is offering a CLE seminar titled How Lenders and Borrowers Handle a Troubled Real Estate Asset.

The program will take place on Wednesday, January 16 from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. at the LACBA Conference Center, 281 South Figueroa Street, Los Angeles. Registration begins at 11:45 a.m.

Panelists will present a hypothetical workout situation and discuss issues and strategy from the perspectives of both the lender and the borrower.

Speakers will be Robert A. Barnes, Allen Matkins Leck Gamble Mallory & Natsis LLP; Caroline Dreyfuss, Cox, Castle & Nicholson LLP, and Richard K. Hollowell, Squar Milner Peterson Miranda & Williamson LLP.
