The Southwest Ohio Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel America has scheduled a CLE seminar titled The Role of Corporate Counsel in Fostering an Ethical Environment.
The program will take place on Thursday, November 15 from 4 to 7 p.m. at the UC Business Law Center, Cincinnati.
The session will examine a variety of answers to the question: How can corporate counsel help foster and promote an ethical environment within their companies?
The speaker will be Barbara Black, director, UC Law School Corporate Law Center.
