JAMS, the largest private provider of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services worldwide, is proud to announce that Hon. Randa M. Trapp (Ret.) has been appointed to the American Bar Association (ABA) Commission on Women in the Profession.
The mission of the ABA Commission on Women in the Profession is to secure full and equal participation of women in the ABA, the profession and the justice system. The commission was created in August 1987 to assess the status of women in the legal profession, identify barriers to advancement and recommend to the ABA actions to address the problems identified.
We are proud to congratulate Judge Trapp on this appointment to the ABA Commission on Women in the Profession. Judge Trapp has devoted decades of her life to advancing the field of law—including paving the way for women to carve their own success within the industry—and we are honored to have her serve on our panel.
