International law firm Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP has announced that Andy Hagan and Gilles Teerlinck will join the Firm as partners in the London office.
Andy and Gilles are currently partners at Freshfields and White & Case respectively. They have extensive experience of advising issuers, sponsors, investors, underwriters and other parties on complex cross-border leveraged finance transactions, with a particular focus on public and private high-yield bond financings, acquisition finance, private placements, restructuring and liability management transactions.
