Heraeus Incorporated announced today that Kim R. Jessum and Austin K. So have joined the company as associate general counsels.
With over 15 years of experience, Ms. Jessum will concentrate her practice on patent and other intellectual property matters. Previously, Ms. Jessum was of counsel at Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young, LLP in Philadelphia. Ms. Jessum is actively involved with the American Bar Association and currently serves as the CLE officer of its Intellectual Property Law Section.
Mr. So joins Heraeus with over ten years of progressive law experience as an attorney at several leading U.S. law firms, including Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP and Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP. Mr. So will concentrate his practice on commercial and litigation matters.
Yuri Rozenfeld, who joined the company in October 2011 and assumed the duties of general counsel in April 2012, heads the Heraeus U.S. Legal Group. Mr. Rozenfeld brought over 12 years of experience as in-house counsel, including serving as general counsel of two public companies headquartered in the Philadelphia area.
