Jackson Walker is pleased to announce the addition of partners Heidi Angel and Harry Wolff III to the Trusts & Estates practice group. Harry will be joining us in the San Antonio office, and Heidi will be in the Fort Worth office. Both Harry and Heidi join with veteran experience in some of the most complex trust and estate planning matters affecting the industry.

An accomplished attorney, Heidi Angel offers services in estate planning, probate, and trust administration.
Heidi’s expertise extends to probate and trust administration across various levels of complexity, ranging from heirship determinations to intricate estate and trust management tasks, which include modification and termination of trusts.
Heidi’s achievements in the field of trusts and estates law have been recognized widely, earning her accolades such as the President’s Award from the Tarrant County Bar Association and selection as a Super Lawyer “Up-and-Coming 50: Women Texas Rising Star” in Estate & Probate.

Heidi received her B.A. from Auburn University, her M.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and her J.D. from Texas A&M University School of Law.
Meet HarryHarry Wolff III has extensive experience advising clients on estate, business and tax planning, and administration matters. Harry’s practice also includes the formation, operation, and governance of closely held businesses and tax-exempt organizations.
Harry also offers guidance to fiduciaries and beneficiaries regarding trust and estate administration and probate matters across taxable and non-taxable estates, including the preparation and filing of federal transfer tax returns. He is a frequent speaker on related topics at conferences and meetings throughout the state.

Harry obtained his B.S. from The University of Texas at Austin, his J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center, and his LL.M. in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center.
