Rubin Pusha III, an accomplished deal lawyer who represents healthcare industry clients and investors in transactional matters, has joined McGuireWoods’ nationally recognized healthcare practice as a partner in Chicago.*
Pusha handles mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and other transactions. He counsels clients on matters related to corporate governance and compliance with government regulations, including the federal Anti-Kickback Statute and Stark Law. Pusha also advises private equity-backed healthcare companies in strategic acquisitions.

Pusha earned his law degree from Indiana University Maurer School of Law and he sits on the school’s alumni board.
