DLA Piper is pleased to welcome Gregory Saiontz as a partner in the Corporate Practice. He will be based in the firm’s Washington, DC office.
Saiontz’s practice focuses on late-stage and early-stage companies and private equity and other financial investment firms in corporate, M&A and other transactional matters. He routinely advises clients across various industries, including energy and power, healthcare, aerospace, defense, government services, climate and other technology including software, mining and metals, and industrial manufacturing, among others.
His notable experience includes advising an alternative energy company on the creation of a hydrogen mobility joint venture with a multinational automobile manufacturer and representing an alternative energy company in a joint venture in Korea in connection with receiving a US$1.5 billion equity investment by a Korean multinational energy conglomerate.
