Georgia Bar Plans E-Discovery Seminar

The State Bar of Georgia has scheduled a CLE seminar titled Electronic Discovery.

The program will take place on Thursday, February 7 from 8:25 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the State Bar of Georgia headquarters, 104 Marietta Street, NW, Atlanta. Registration and breakfast begin at 8 a.m.

Among the discussion tropics will be: E-Discovery Amendments: One year Later; Document Retention Guidelines: Best Practices to Preserve Safe Harbors; Meet and Confer: Rule 16(F) - A View From the Trenches; From ESI to Evidence: How to Translate Data to Admissible Evidence; A View From the Inside: How the New Rules Affect In-House Counsel, and Professionalism in E-Discovery.
