Georgia Bar Plans Corporate Counsel Institute

The State Bar of Georgia has scheduled a two-day Corporate Counsel Institute for Thursday and Friday, December 6 and 7.

The conference will take place at the Marriott Gwinnett Place Hotel, I-85 at Pleasant Hill Road, Duluth, GA. Sessions will run from, 8:15 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. on the first day and from 8:25 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. on the second day.

Among the speakers will be Michael R. Smith and Ronni D. Solomon, King & Spalding LLP; Frances F. Townsend, assistant to the president for homeland security and counterterrorism; Thurbert E. Baker, Georgia attorney general; John Lewis Jr., The Coca-Cola Company, and Richard M. Rufolo, UPS.
