The Fordham University Law School this month has scheduled its 14th Annual Trial Evidence in the Federal Courts: Problems and Solutions seminar.
The event will take place on Thursday and Friday, March 22 and 23 at the Fordham Law School McNally Amphitheatre, 140 West 62nd Street, New York City. Sessions run from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day.
This annual advanced course offers both experienced and newly admitted counsel an opportunity to keep abreast of the latest federal evidence developments, with an emphasis on advocacy and practical trial evidence issues. Faculty members will analyze the major controversies that confront the bench and the trial bar, examining practical problems.
The seminar planning chairs are Gregory P. Joseph, Gregory P. Joseph Law Offices LLP, and Stephen A. Saltzburg, Wallace and Beverly Woodbury University Professor, George Washington University Law School.
