Florida Bar Studies Real Estate Ethics

The Florida Bar CLE Committee together with the Real Property Probate & Trust Law Section will present the program Real Estate: Ethical Fraud & Other Fairy Tales on two dates at two locations.

On Thursday, October 16, the course will take place at the Tampa Airport Marriott in Tampa; on Friday, October 17, the course will take place at Hyatt Pier 66, 2301 Southeast 17th Street, Fort Lauderdale, Florida. On both days the course will begin at 8:55 a.m. and conclude at 4:30 p.m.

This real estate problems study and ethics course includes the following topics: The Attorney General Wants You! Foreclosure Rescue and Other Recent Changes in Florida Law and Selected Florida Fraud Cases: Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap.

Faculty for this program will include Silvia Rojas, Alan Fields, Homer Duvall, Robert Cohen, Thomas Palermo, Patricia Hancock and William Stern.
