Florida Bar Association Slates Immigration Law Update

The Florida Bar Association will present its 29th Annual Immigration Law Update.

The program will take place on Thursday and Friday, February 7 and 8 at the Jungle Island Treetop Ballroom, 1111 Parrot Jungle Trail, Miami Beach, FL. Sessions will run from 8:15 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. on day one and from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on day two.

Panelists will address topics including: Winning Strategies for L's and E's; Strategies for Employment of Temporary Workers; Employment-Based Immigration - Where We Are Now; Strategies for Case Management and Ethical Considerations; Applying for Relief Before the Court, USCIS, or the Consulate, and BIA and Federal Court Update: Strategies for Dealing With Bad Precedent in Business and Enforcement Immigration Law.

The program coordinator is Scott Devore, chair, South Florida Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
